1. A link is only the starting point
Record the exact variant: model, colour, size, material, quantity and packaging. The displayed price may apply to a different quantity or option. For quality-sensitive goods, request a sample or written acceptance criteria.
2. Separate purchasing and shipping costs
Review product price, purchasing fees, domestic China delivery, packing materials and international transport separately. There are no storage or handling fees. Assign responsibility for import and destination delivery costs.
3. Review transport eligibility before buying
Share photos and details of batteries, liquids, powders, magnets or brands. Availability for purchase in China does not establish eligibility for transport to Iran.
4. Prepare the receiving record
Keep each supplier’s order reference, goods list, package count, ready date and domestic tracking reference. Coordinate the receiving address and warehouse reference with the team before dispatch.
A confirmation brief to send your supplier
Before payment, keep the supplier’s written response alongside this brief. If variants, quantities or terms change, approve a revised version. This suggested checklist does not replace a purchase agreement or specialist product review.
- Product link and exact variant, quantity per model and price for that quantity
- Stock or production status, ready date and whether ready items can be dispatched separately
- Carton count, gross weights, final dimensions and domestic China delivery cost
- Acceptance criteria, agreed sample or photos and how discrepancies will be resolved before dispatch
