1. Enquiry & scope

Share product links or a goods description, quantities, origin, destination and readiness. State whether you need purchasing or already own the goods. The team reviews service availability and missing details with you; an enquiry is not an order confirmation.

2. Purchase or receiving agreement

For purchasing, confirm specifications, supplier costs and service charges. For ready goods, obtain a reference and receiving instructions. Clarify storage duration, counting and photo scope, and who handles discrepancies.

3. Reconciliation & preparation

Reconcile received packages against your order list. Decide how to handle late, missing or mismatched goods before release. Review the agreed packing, final weights, dimensions and package register.

4. Review & approve the freight plan

Review routing, rate validity, included charges, documents and handover responsibilities. Carrier acceptance and customs arrangements need clarity for the shipment. Give further instructions only after written confirmation.

5. Follow-up & exceptions

Keep your order reference and handover records. Order support accepts requests for progress, inspection records, returns, shortages and damage review. Online order and report records are not connected yet; obtain actual shipment updates from the team responsible for your order.
