Compare costs through to your handover point

Product price or main-route freight alone is not the total order cost. For budgeting, identify each cost and who pays it. Mark amounts as confirmed, estimated or excluded; an unspecified amount does not mean it is free.

• Goods and purchasing service fees; China domestic delivery and warehouse receiving
• Agreed inspections and packing materials; storage and handling fees are waived
• Main transport, documents and transit charges applicable to the route
• Destination handling, clearance, duties and local delivery where relevant to the order

What to check in a written quotation

Check the service start and end points, package list, billing weight or volume, minimums, inclusions, exclusions, validity and conditions for adjustments. For estimates, ask for the basis and when the amount can be confirmed. Per-item landed cost requires agreed quantities and the relevant costs.

Currency, payment method & receipt confirmation

Iranian rial payments, currency exchange and refunds are supported. Confirm the transfer method, exchange rate and refund conditions with the team for your order before paying. This page publishes no exchange rate or bank account. Record amounts and units explicitly; if your agreement uses rials or tomans, name the unit. Where conversion is involved, confirm the rate, fixing time and conversion charges in writing.

• Verify the payee and order reference through the confirmed contact channel.
• Agree deposit and balance stages, and what authorises purchasing or dispatch.
• Keep your payment receipt and request confirmation from the team; sending a receipt alone does not confirm receipt of funds.

Changes, cancellation & reconciliation

Before paying, ask about incurred or non-recoverable costs, cancellation and refund conditions, relevant fees and the settlement currency. Refunds depend on the order agreement and supplier or service-provider terms. Reconcile deposits, approved charges, adjustments and the balance against the same order reference. There is no minimum order spend, and no storage or handling fees. This does not make goods, transport, packing materials or other services free; applicable charges should be identified in the quotation.
