Review a land route for your cargo
Send the actual cargo location in China, destination city in Iran, goods description and ready date. Routing, transit points and cargo acceptance are reviewed before you approve the shipment.
Prepare your land freight enquiry
Provide package counts, dimensions, gross weight and any pallet or crate requirements. Declare batteries, liquids, powders and special handling needs so acceptance and packing can be reviewed.
Confirm costs and conditions before dispatch
Confirm collection, storage, transit, documentation and destination delivery scope, quote validity and estimated timing for your shipment. Where a land route is unsuitable, sea or air options can be reviewed against your requirements.
Questions before you approve the service
Should I wait for a late supplier or dispatch ready goods separately?
Record each order's actual status and the destination need-by date. Request comparable wait-for-all and split-dispatch options. Compare potentially repeated charges, packing, documents and storage conditions. Before release, specify in writing which package references may leave and which must stay. Separate dispatch requires confirmation for the actual cargo.
Does a freight offer include clearance, duties and delivery to my address?
Do not infer these inclusions from the transport mode. For the actual shipment, confirm service start and end points, origin and destination charges, document responsibilities, the importer and the party paying duties. Delivery to Anzali Free Trade Zone differs from delivery to another address; other cities and address delivery require separate confirmation.
What period does a transport-time estimate cover?
Ask which events start and end the estimate: supplier collection, cargo departure or handover at the agreed point. Review purchasing, supplier readiness, waiting for other orders, packing and destination processing separately. Main-transport time alone does not establish the final delivery date; routing, acceptance and the actual shipment plan require confirmation.
