Only the published report for your order
Online order-report viewing is not connected yet. To obtain the actual report for your order or arrange checks, send its reference and your requirements to the team. This section explains the scope and information a report needs; it provides no sample report, assumed findings or automatic quality approval.
Agree the inspection scope
Carton receiving, exterior photos, unit counting, variant checks and functional testing are different tasks. Agree the items, quantity or sample, comparison criteria, limitations and report format for the order before work begins. Technical testing or specialist certification requires a separate agreement and confirmation of availability.
- Order and report references, the actual inspection date and scope
- Expected specification compared with recorded observations
- Findings, unresolved points and any decision required
Findings and operational decisions are separate
A discrepancy in a report alone is not a return, replacement or dispatch-hold instruction. Refer to the report when requesting review of correction, completion, replacement, return or continuation. Confirm the responsible party, cost and effect on the transport plan in writing. A missing report or blank field does not establish goods approval.
Report copies and original evidence
For now, coordinate report copies and original evidence with the team. After actual records are connected, any displayed or downloadable copy must contain only that report's data. Such a copy does not replace original photos, videos, inspection files or issued certificates. Confirm an appropriate transfer channel with the team.
The next step for your order
Have your order reference and request ready; the team will confirm the next action.
